Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by OpenBrix ("we," "us," or "our") via openbrix.ai. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
OpenBrix sells digital products, including the OpenClaw Setup & Security Playbook ("the Playbook"). Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business use.
2. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment via a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please contact us at support@openbrix.ai.
3. License & Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to:
- Read, use, and apply the content for your own purposes
- Make personal copies for backup purposes
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the product with others
- Publish, post, or make the content publicly available
- Use the content to create competing products or services
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Updates
Purchases include all future updates to the same product at no additional cost. Updates will be made available via the original download link or a new link sent to your purchase email.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from following the content. The Playbook reflects our experience and testing — your results may vary based on your setup, usage, and configuration.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenBrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
